How to make an extra £500 before Christimas 2023

Christmas is fast approaching and we all know that it is one of the most expensive times of the year for most families in the UK.

The average spend over recent years has come in at £500 per family, and knowing how tough this year has been for many I thought it would be useful to showcase how we can bag an extra £500 in the coming weeks before Christmas.

So here’s how it is possible:

Step 1: Sign-up Offers

Many apps and websites will pay you to check out their services or create an account, and there are some great offers out there right now that are worth taking advantage of, here are my favourites right now:

Step 2: Bank Switching

All of the major banks have been keen to get you as a customer over recent months and they are paying BIG money for you to switch your current account(s) across to them, ranging from £125 to £215 to do so.

But did you know that you don’t actually have to switch accounts to get your hands on this cash, and you could quite easily do a few of these switches and receive the cash ahead of Decemeber?

Step 3: Side Hustle time

Anyone that has been following my journey for a while will know that I love a side hustle, and the next 6-8 weeks could be a great time to jump on a side hustle and bag a few extra pennies.

Of course, I know that not all of us have the luxury of picking and choosing which side hustle(s) we can have a go at but here’s how I would rank them:

Thoughts

Whilst not everyone will be able to complete all of the above for various reasons, I am certain that if you even have a look at any of the above you will be able to bridge the gap towards a more affordable Christmas by boosting that bank balance over the coming weeks.

As always, if you have any questions on any of the above please do let me know by dropping me an email or an Instagram message!
