Last week I shared a £75 TopCashback Santander offer, I did this alongside a number of you and it all tracked well until they have suddenly declined all cashback earned on this offer for most people

Zopa is a bank that has been around for a while and has amassed 1.5 million customers, but you might not have heard of them before

They previously focused more on lending but are moving into the current account and personal banking side of things; recently they launched their current account called “Biscuit”

• 2% cashback on direct debit bills (capped)

• 2% interest on current account balance

• 7.1% interest on regular saver

Sign up through a referral link and grab a £10 bonus as soon as your account opens. Since this is an account similar to Revolut, Monzo where you top it up and don’t have an overdraft facility there should be no credit score impact and no hard credit check

New Savings Account

Zopa have also launched a bonus on their Easy Access Savings account meaning new customers can earn 4.75% (3.25% + bonus) for 12 months

NatWest are offering a £20 welcome bonus when you open a NatWest Adapt account (made for kids & teens up to 17)

Bonus Nectar points at Sainsbury’s

Sainsbury’s have also launched their “Count up to Christmas” Nectar challenges on the Nectar app and this appears to vary per person

For me, I have the option to earn 1,500 Nectar bonus points through 5 rounds where I will earn 300 extra points each time I earn 100 points

Double-Dip Points Available

If you are going to be shopping at Sainsbury’s soon, it is well worth checking out any other offers within your Nectar app as I had another challenge available:

• Get 200 bonus points when you buy 5 Taste the Difference products

Well it turns out that bonus points also count towards the Count up to Christmas challenge as my bonus 200 points also automatically completed 2 lots of this challenge meaning I actually received 800 points (£4):

You only get 30 minutes to scan the barcode from activating it so don’t activate too early and assume you’ll need help from a colleague as they can be temperamental to scan yourselves! I would recommend heading to a self-scan till rather than a scan as you shop till as the barcode readers are more receptive of the moving barcodes!
