A NEW MYSTERY SHOPPING APP?

If you’ve been following my extra income journey over the last few years, you will know that I am very fond of mystery shopping as a side hustle and I’ve been using the same apps for over a year now!

However, at the end of June I decided to test out a new app…

and it’s actually now my favourite mystery shopping app!

SmartSpotter

Before I start, this isn’t an ad nor can I make any money from telling you about this, but I’m just super excited about this find

If you’ve ever tried mystery shopping following my recommendations you will have probably tried out a few of the apps & if you’re anything like me you probably prefer the tasks which involve as little interaction as possible

Well, that’s exactly what SmartSpotter does - all of the tasks I’ve done so far involve heading into a shop and quickly snapping some photos to see if certain products or displays are available

AND it pays slightly more than the other apps (so far)

CHEAP CINEMA TICKETS

With the Summer Holidays right around the corner, I know that many of you will be wondering what to do with your kids whilst trying not to break the bank over the next few weeks

Well, hopefully these cheap cinema ticket deals can help a little!

ENDS TODAY BUT LASTS A WEEK (VUE - £4.50 a ticket + 20% off snacks)

If you are on O2 customer, check your Priority app as you can currently get cinema tickets for 2D films any day of the week for £4.50 each

1. Pick either 2 tickets for £9 or 4 tickets for £18 on your app

2. Pay through the app and receive your codes via email

3. Within 7 days of receiving the codes, book your seats and enter your voucher codes so you don’t need to pay!

4. Also, show your vouchers at the till if buying snacks for 20% off!

Octopus Energy customer? ODEON tickets for cheap!

1. Check your Octoplus section in your app and you can get 2 standard tickets for £10 (£5 each) to use between Monday & Thursday

2. You will need to pay the £1 booking fee for each seat online

3. You can also bag 2 x FREE cinema tickets for kids aged 14 or under through the app

Meerkat Movies Classic

Or if you are happy to go to the cinema on Tuesdays & Wednesdays you can grab 2 for 1 tickets every single week if you have compared and purchased an insurance product through Compare The Market

Don’t need insurance? Get travel insurance for a “trip” in the UK for a day and it will likely only cost £1-£2 which is a bargain if you go to the cinema a lot throughout the year!

CHEAP SCHOOL UNIFORM

For some of you, school might not have finished yet but the supermarkets have slashed their prices on school uniforms if you are able to get organised for the return to school in September:

ALDI - Bag a full school uniform set for just £5 (aged 4-12) while stock lasts

LIDL - Same offer as ALDI

ASDA - Get a voucher for £5 off school uniform via the Rewards app when you spend £25+ in-store on anything (check your apps!)

OVO CUSTOMER? GET £25

OVO Energy have teamed up with Tesco Clubcard to offer new and existing customers £25 worth of Clubcard points when you:

1. Log into your OVO account

2. Connect it to your Tesco Clubcard
