3 x Barclays Bank Switch Offers

Barclays have gone to town with the launch of THREE bank switch offers at once, and they are certainly worth looking at as Barclays rarely launch offers like this:

Offer 1 - Classic Switch Offer - £200 Cash

This is the offer that most people will be interested in, only available if you haven’t ever received a switching bonus from Barclays

Offer 2 - Business Switch Offer - £175 Cash

If you have a business or side hustle and are registered with HMRC, or if you have a full on Limited company, you can bag a £175 bonus for opening a Business Account or switching to Barclays’ Business Account

Offer 3 - “Rich” Switch Offer - £400 Cash

If you are a £75,000+ earner or have £100,000+ of savings/investments with Barclays you could be eligible for an enhanced switching offer worth a whopping £400 cash

£200 from AIB (Northern Ireland Only)

Another one for those in Northern Ireland, the Danske Bank offer may have disappeared but AIB have launched a £200 switching offer!

£12.50 Easy New Offer

In an offer similar to what we have seen from Zing, Monzo, and Zopa here is the new referral offer from Suits Me

Robinhood Free Share worth up to $175

Robinhood are one of the largest commission-free investing apps in the US and launched in the UK in recent years, they are offering new customers a share worth between $7 and $175 when they open an account and deposit just £1

Free £10 - £50 from Monzo for New Customers

You will likely have heard of Monzo unless you have been living under a rock for the past few years, and if you haven’t yet been tempted by the “hot coral” bank card or their big billboard adverts, now might be a good time

New customers can get either £10, £20, or £50 when they open a bank account through a referral link (including mine) and make one transaction

There should be no credit check if you opt for no overdraft

Free £10 from Zopa

Zopa is a bank that has been around for a while and has amassed 1.5 million customers, but you might not have heard of them before

They previously focused more on lending but are moving into the current account and personal banking side of things; recently they launched their current account called “Biscuit”

• 2% cashback on direct debit bills (capped)

• 2% interest on current account balance

• 7.1% interest on regular saver

Sign up through a referral link and grab a £10 bonus as soon as your account opens. Since this is an account similar to Revolut, Monzo where you top it up and don’t have an overdraft facility there should be no credit score impact and no hard credit check

£10 Bonus for depositing £100

Chip is a savings app that I have used for years on-and-off, whenever they have decent savings rates compared to high street banks

I also like the app so much that I bought shares in various crowdfunding rounds!

£50 of Bonus Clubcard points at Tesco

Tesco have recently launched their latest “Clubcard Challenges” and if you shop at Tesco and have a Clubcard you should ABSOLUTELY be using this to your advantage

How it works:

1. Log into your Clubcard account in the app and find the “Clubcard Challenges” section

2. Pick 10 challenges you want to take part in (usually will be things you buy regularly, spend £X, get X points)

3. Complete them to earn extra points worth up to £50

Bonus Nectar points at Sainsbury’s

Sainsbury’s have also launched their “Countdown to Christmas” Nectar challenges on the Nectar app and this appears to vary per person

For me, I have the option to earn 1,500 Nectar bonus points through 5 rounds where I will earn 300 extra points each time I earn 100 points

If you shop at Sainsbury’s, I would recommend combining this with your Nectar Boosts and Nectar Prices alongside any other offers in your app

FREE Pasta this Wednesday

If you want to bag this offer, book a table ASAP as it will get busy!

Take an unopened pack of pasta to a Bella Italia restaurant on Wednesday (you can get at most supermarkets for ~30p per pack) and you can choose any pasta dish off the main menu for free

This works for tables of up to 6 people and all pasta received by Bella Italia will be donated

This week you can get a FREE box of Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Ice lollies - this does not work at small high street stores

You only get 30 minutes to scan the barcode from activating it so don’t activate too early and assume you’ll need help from a colleague as they can be temperamental to scan yourselves! I would recommend heading to a self-scan till rather than a scan as you shop till as the barcode readers are more receptive of the moving barcodes!
